Dear Neighbor,

Thank you, supporters, voters, and the election judges!

"It’s been a privilege to earn the trust of Bloomington voters across multiple elections. As the current longest-serving elected council member in our hometown, I remain deeply committed to our shared future."

My priorities moving forward are Environmental Sustainability, Fiscal Responsibility, and focused renewal of our commercial areas.

By continuing Bloomington's value for service tradition, I intend to conserve and sustain our natural resources while balancing the renewal of our commercial areas to keep fighting for a sustainable and successful Bloomington.

Thank you for your vote.

Thank you,
Dwayne Lowman
