Dear Neighbor,

Thank you, supporters, voters, and the election judges!

I am honored to have been reelected to continue as the current, longest-serving elected council member of our hometown Bloomington, Minnesota.

My priorities moving forward are Environmental Sustainability, Fiscal Responsibility, and focused renewal of our commercial areas.

By continuing Bloomington's value for service tradition, I intend to conserve and sustain our natural resources while balancing the renewal of our commercial areas to keep fighting for a sustainable and successful Bloomington.

Thank you for your vote.

Thank you,
Dwayne Lowman
